Registration Procedure

To confirm your registration please send us your filled registration form alongwith your registration fee. Please register for the Conference by any one of the following methods:

1. Register on line using Online Delegate Registration Form.

After filling the online form, if you desire, you can also pay your registration fee online through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.

2. Print the Registration form, fill all the details and fax or mail to the IndiaCore Response Team.

The above fees do not include boarding, lodging and transport charges. The delegates shall have to make their own arrangements for boarding, lodging and transport. We could, however, assist you in making your travel arrangements.

Payment Options

A: For International Participants
1. Swift Transfer/ Wire Transfer in our Bank account (Please contact us for our Bank Account details and SWIFT code). Bank Charges, if any, shall be borne by the participant.
2. Through International Cheque/ Demand Draft drawn in favor of 'India Core Events' payable at New Delhi, INDIA
3. Through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking using our Online Payment Gateway (5% of the applicable registration amount will be charged additionally on account of transaction charges). For online payment, click here.

B: For Domestic Participants
1. Through Cheque/ Demand Draft drawn in favor of 'India Core Events' payable at New Delhi, INDIA
2. Direct Cash Deposit in our ICICI account from any ICICI branch in India (Please contact us for our Bank Account details).
3. Through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking using our Online Payment Gateway (5% of the applicable registration amount will be charged additionally on account of transaction charges). For online payment, click here.

On receipt of the completed Registration Form and payment, the IndiaCore Response Team will issue an official confirmation letter. If you do not receive anything, contact us to make sure we have received your registration.

Visa Requirement for foreign delegates

Depending on your country of origin, you may need to meet certain Visa requirements before entering India. We advise you to contact Indian Embassy or High Commission in your Country of Residency for which you hold a valid passport. Invitation letter (if required) for Visa purposes from the Organisers would be sent to you as soon as you get yourself registered for attending the Conference and send a written letter/ email to us confirming your participation alongwith the participation fees. Please send your passport details like validity, passport number, place of issue alongwith your letter.

Invitation letter would, however, not bind the Organisers to defray or waive any cost or expenses incurred by you in the course of participation in the Conference.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

a) If you should cancel on or before March 15, 2007, you will receive a full refund less administrative charges of 20%. We regret that no cancellations can be accepted after March 15, 2007. Refund for cancellations of registration will be made after the Conference.

After November 15, 2007 No Refund

b) All refunds will be less taxes levied (if any). If registration fee has been paid online through credit card/ debit card/ net banking then the transaction charges will not be refunded.

c) Substitutions are welcome. In case a registered participant is unable to attend, he/ she may send his/ her representative/ substitute to attend the conference. However, he/ she must inform us latest by December 5, 2007.

d) No-shows are responsible for entire fee. No refund will be made.

- Program schedule/ content is subject to change.
- Payment in full is required prior to attendance.
- India Core Paid Subscribers & some other categories are eligible for discounted Delegate Registration Rates. Please check the applicable rates.
- Registrations are limited in number. Registration available on First -Come- First- Serve Basis.
