• Program schedule/ content is subject to change.
• Payment in full is required prior to attendance. Funds are not available to sponsor participation, travel or lodging expenses.
• India Core Paid Subscribers & some other categories are eligible for discounted Delegate Registration Rates. Please check the applicable rates.
• Registrations are limited in number. Registration available on First -Come- First- Serve Basis.
• The payment of registration fee should be sent by Cheque/ Bank Draft in favour of 'India Core' payable at New Delhi alongwith the completed Registration Form.
• International delegates can send the fees through SWIFT transfer (electronic transfer) in our Bank account or through draft. In case of a SWIFT transfer, please contact us for our Bank Account details.
• Online Registration
Online registration helps us in knowing your desire to participate in advance. Registrations are confirmed only after the receipt and credit of the applicable registration fees.

• Cancellation and Substitution Policy
a) If you should cancel on or before March 15, 2007, you will receive a full refund less administrative charges of 20%. We regret that no cancellations can be accepted after March 15, 2007. Refund for cancellations of registration will be made after the Conference.

c) Substitutions are welcome. In case a registered participant is unable to attend, he/ she may send his/ her representative/ substitute to attend the conference. However, he/ she must inform us latest by March 31, 2007.
d) No-shows are responsible for entire fee. No refund will be made.
