eligible for discounted Delegate Registration Rates. Please check the

on First -Come- First- Serve Basis.
• The payment of registration fee should be sent by Cheque/ Bank

• International delegates can send the fees through SWIFT transfer
(electronic transfer) in our Bank account or through draft. In case

• Online Registration
Online registration helps us in knowing your desire to participate in
advance. Registrations are confirmed only after the receipt and credit
of the applicable registration fees.
• What Your Registration Includes:

fee does not include boarding, lodging and transport charges. We could

• Cancellation and Substitution Policy
a) If you should cancel
on or before March 15, 2007, you will receive a full refund less administrative
charges of 20%. We regret that no cancellations can be accepted after
March 15, 2007. Refund for cancellations of registration will be made
after the Conference.

b) All refunds will be less
taxes levied (if any). If registration fee has been paid online through
credit card/ debit card/ net banking then the transaction charges will
not be refunded.
c) Substitutions are welcome.
In case a registered participant is unable to attend, he/ she may send
his/ her representative/ substitute to attend the conference. However,
he/ she must inform us latest by March 31, 2007.
d) No-shows are
responsible for entire fee. No refund will be made.
